## Phone photo in, showroom photo out

- Diya Glow (Diwali · Dhanteras): On ivory silk with lit diyas and marigold glowing softly behind.

- Macro (Instagram · Website): Black backdrop and a glossy floor, shot from a low angle.
- Studio (Amazon · Flipkart): Clean white seamless backdrop, soft even light and a natural contact shadow, the piece centred.
- Tonal (Instagram · Lookbook): Soft blush paper backdrop and a plaster plinth.
- Silk & Jasmine (Wedding · Festive): Ivory silk seen from above, with jasmine buds and a carved antique silver box.
- Sand Silk (Website · Instagram): Sand raw silk seen from above, with dried pampas and a gold-rimmed glass tray.
- Heritage Ivory (Website · Catalogue): Ivory handloom and low window light, for kundan and temple work.
- Bridal (Wedding season): Oxblood silk and marigold warmth, for polki and bridal sets.
- Daily Wear (Instagram · WhatsApp): Sandstone and morning light, for lightweight gold and silver.

## Your craftsmanship, kept true.

A customer who spots one stone out of place will send the piece back. So every image is checked against your phone photo before you see it. A studio image that doesn't pass costs you nothing, and an on-model image that doesn't pass is labelled Concept render.

- No guesswork passed off as your piece: Shape, motif, stones and proportions are compared with your photo three times. An image that adds or drops a detail doesn't pass.
- Accurate metal tones: Yellow gold, rose gold, silver and platinum keep their colour. An image where the metal shifts doesn't pass.
- Private and secure: Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, never posted or shared, and never used to train AI for anyone else.

Two labels, always shown. Design matched: the shot passed our check against your photo. Concept render: an on-model shot that did not pass, shown for mood only.

## What jewellers ask us

### Will the AI change my design?

Every shot is a new AI render of your piece, so we check each one against your photo for shape, motif, metal colour, stones and proportions. Shots that pass are labelled Design matched; on-model shots that do not are labelled Concept render. Compare a shot with your piece before you publish it.

### Why not use a general AI image tool?

GehnaLab is made only for jewellery, so there is no prompt to write: you pick the jewellery type and a Look, and every piece of that type gets the same angle, light and background, so a whole catalogue matches. Every shot is checked against your photo before you see it, and downloads come in marketplace, Instagram and WhatsApp sizes.

### What photo should I upload?

One sharp phone photo of the piece on a plain surface, in daylight, filling most of the frame. Avoid strong coloured light and hands in the shot.

### Can I use the images on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra?

Yes. The Studio Look gives a clean white background with the piece centred and filling most of the frame. Check each marketplace's current image rules before a large upload.

### What if I don't like a result?

Tap “More like this” for another image in the same Look, or “Not right” to tell us why. Redos are free. If a studio or still-life image fails our design check, we retry it automatically, and if it still fails the credit comes back. On-model images always use 1 credit.

### Who owns the images?

You do. Use them on your store, marketplaces, social media and print without crediting us.

### Is my design kept private?

Your uploads are used only to make your images. We do not use them to train models or show them to anyone else.

### Kya main Hindi mein baat kar sakta hoon? Payment kaise karein?

Haan. WhatsApp par Hindi ya English mein message kijiye. Payment UPI se ho jaata hai. Pehle 3 images free hain, card nahi chahiye.
