Will the jewelry look exactly like mine?

Every image is checked against your photo for shape, stones, metal color and proportions. Still life images that fail are retried, and refunded if they still don't match. Very fine details, such as engraving smaller than the photo can show, may soften, so zoom in before you publish.

Can I use these images on Etsy and Shopify?

Yes, with full commercial use for your own products. We suggest keeping a real photo of the piece as the first image in each listing and using ours for the styled and worn views.

What photo should I upload?

One piece, in focus, filling a good part of the frame, in daylight. A plain surface helps but isn't required.

Which pieces work best?

Rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and sets in gold, silver, vermeil, pearls and stones.

Do credits expire?

No. Buy a pack once and use it whenever you have new pieces.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, charged in US dollars. Our payment partner handles sales tax and VAT for your country.
